Alderwood Builders is a traditional, family owned, full-service general contractor that was founded by a husband and wife design and build team. They have combined their building oriented talents and resources, and diversified their services to create a comprehensive, quality oriented construction company that also specializes in customer service.
We have been remodeling, designing and building custom homes for over 13 years years in Idaho and the western states. We have completed custom homes and remodels in McCall, Tamarack Resort, Cascade and surrounding areas as well as Woodside, California and Glen Brook (Lake Tahoe) Nevada. We are a diversified building company with strong backgrounds in numerous trades in the construction industry. From site specific design to personalized finishing touches, your project is our specialty.

Our team includes a creative architectural designer who understands structure, the construction process and can design within budget parameters. Our CAD designer works diligently to create a architecturally appealing design with a well functioning floor plan that reflects the customers lifestyle and ideals. Special features and furnishings are incorporated into fully engineered plans and construction documents to ensure function, fashion and customer satisfaction.
